Truesdell Fence

Tyler and his crew are amazing! They went above and beyond. Our land is slopy and Tyler made our gate beautiful and safe so our dogs cannot get out. They now have a safe yard to play in. They also put up a fence in front so our dogs cannot run out into the street and they got very creative going around our Dish satellite. We cannot recommend Truesdell Fencing highly enough. They are our one and only company to call on when we need any kind of fencing. Thank you Tyler and your hard-working crew. You are all incredible.

Tyler and his crew did excellent work even with all kinds of hang ups and headaches from outside sources. He was the quickest person to actually come out and bid the job or even return our call. I know the industry is backed up around the Lake but this was the first sign he was the right choice for the job. The work itself was amazing. He installed a six foot privacy fence in our yard and it looked amazing. Unfortunately the city required that we put a gap in between each board after a miscommunication when we first contacted them. Tyler was very clear during the bidding process that we would have to get approval/permit from the city, we did but unfortunately sometimes miscommunications happen and the city told us no permit was required. Truesdell did a fantastic job on my new backyard chain link fence. It was over 300 feet of fencing with three gates. They were prompt each day and finished in three days. Complete cleanup after completion was also superior! My two black labs and I are extremely happy! Thanks Truesdell team!!

They did a great job with installation in the fall of 2019. They handled us like any business transaction and we were happy. Later we decided we wanted to add another gate to the back of the fence. They seemed happy enough with that and said the covid was causing slow downs with the manufacturer. They took our order saying it may be a while. I understood that and we wanted to check in to see the status of the order. That was April. It's now August and my husband and I have continued to call at least 5 times leaving messages asking the status of the gate and they have never been courteous enough to call either of us back to let us know when the gate will be in.
