TruGreen Lawn Care

True Green is awful. I had them last year and they killed all my grass and attempted to fix the issue with no success. I canceled them after many attempts. This year they told me that they were different and told me to trust them that this year would be different. I gave them a second chance this year and that was a mistake. They guaranteed my lawn would look better in 2 months. We are now on month 5 and once again I have terrible grass and weeds everywhere. I have had to pay every time, even after calling in many times. I attached photos of the weeds and grass the first time I reported it and then again months later…..you can be the judge… After all this time they told me that it is a time thing and I would have to stay with them long to see results, I said how long until I see results,

Initial treatment failed to spray the backyard. I received a call notifying me of the issue. A service tech came out 2 days later to complete the service. I am very pleased with the prompt response and service provided. 24 hours after weed treatment the weeds are limp and starting to brown up. My backyard was filled with weeds and the majority of them are already dying out. The remainder may take a week or more but I am hopeful.

We have used TruGreen for well over a decade now. Their product for weed control used to be effective and we used to be able to reach our local office if there was ever an issue. I recall speaking to a professional, customer-service oriented employee named Tanya, a few times whenever I called in. That was then. This is now. We can no longer reach the local office, the calls are re-routed to a corporate call-center, hence I can no longer reach the "Tanya person", etc..The products they are using these days are totally ineffective or the company is simply watering down the product altogether. We have reached out multiple times this spring and summer. The local manager has been out once or twice to "evaluate" and "re-treat" our yard, but it made NO difference whatsoever! I have been paying TruGreen to treat my lawn by killing the weeds and helping my grass to grow since August 2024. My lawn looks worse. Most of my lawn was green before they started the treatment, now most of my lawn is weeds. I called customer service and was promised that my concerns were elevated to management. No one has contacted me. Wish that I could leave a negative star. See the before treat and after treatment pictures.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! My husband and I hired Trugreen this Spring, because we thought they were a reputable company. Thus far, it has been a horrendous experience! Every time I ask their techs to pull to the end of the driveway so they don't block my clients, they still park in the middle of our driveway. They canceled three scheduled appointments for no reason. Today, they booked my appointment and then never showed up. I've spoken to corporate on two separate occasions, and countless office reps. And while they apologize profusely, nothing changes. And... we still have weeds after all of this. It's time to call my credit card co and file a dispute. I've run out of patience.
