Rep was very courteous. First appointment not much to say except I thought he was coming next week to start service at least that's what I was told when I signed up. O well all good I'm glad he came earlier cuz my weeds are anxious. Should be fun to see it's development thru the summer.

Tru Green does a great job on the lawn. We had clay from a new house build and now we have a great lawn with no weeds or dandelions. Truly a great service to use.

Called for a quote and back to us quick. Told us the total and told us the grub control was not a guarantee. So for 1300 a year told them it should be and told them iam not interested. They have since called my wife and I 8 times and never leaves a voicemail. I have told them to take me off there call list. Still calls coming in, Borderline harassment at this point.

I imagine the service was fine. I did not hear a knock at the front or side door, in spite of being in that area of the house at the time. I really wish the techs would make a greater effort to let me know they have arrived. I do appreciate no pesticides being used today.

My exchange with my technician, Carly was right on par with great customer service. She was polite, helpful, and professional. TruGreen maintains my lawn, trees, and bushes. I've been with them for over a decade and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
