This technician Kalil J was one of the best technicians that has ever come out to service our yard. He actually knocked at the door and had a conversation with me and then just put a note in or saying that he did so. I hope that he comes out to service lawn for the rest of the year and also for the years to come.

Our specialist Brandon Jarrel is a wonderful technician. Professional, friendly, efficient, and very helpful with recommendations to improve our lawn. Very happy with Brandon's visits this year.

I have never left a negative Google review in my life and I have been very careful to give this company every opportunity to make things right. I have been a customer for many years and my house is now on the market. This is how my yard looked after the last treatment and I had three potential buyers see my lawn in this condition. I asked for a manager to call and he chose instead to pay a visit and leave a note in my door saying he was sorry for the condition and he would issue a credit for the application. I called again and requested a follow up call because I didn't feel that the credit was satisfactory for the damages. It has been several days and still no call. I will be calling today to terminate any future services.

Technician came in time period indicated on app and took the time to discuss my concerns about dandelions, crabgrass, creeping Charlie, etc and said he'll walk the yard and do spot treatments where required. Our lawn does look better than our previous company had it looking. Good response from company and my concerns.
