Lawn killers! We regret ever signing up for this horrible service. All we needed was to get rid of weeds taking over the green lush lawn. They left us with very a damaged patchy lawn and refused to take responsibility. The rep that came was so haphazard about his job, came whenever he chose despite us indicating our preferred time, mindlessly sprayed whatever they concocted for him without caring out the specific needs of our lawn. His so called supervisor came in-person and repeated the same script this customer care recited over the phone. So so horrible We have to redo the whole thing later when we can afford to!

I’ve been a happy subscriber for tree and shrub care, lawn fertilization, lawn aeration-and reseeding, weed control and mosquito control for many years. I’ve only had issues with one technician at my home who I had to ask them to not send him again. I also had a hard time with several customer service reps who were working at home with dogs barking and children crying and a tv on. They couldn’t concentrate and it took forever. Today I was called by Kelly in Georgia call center to get my new credit card number for billing. She was absolutely amazing. Totally professional. I asked Kelly to please see if there were any on going discounts she could provide. I reduced my mosquito plan down to 4 times a season and all other plans I received a sizable price reduction. I decided to pay in advance

Tru Green has been taking care of our yard for almost 3 years. This is the best our yard has ever looked. Their attention to detail and explanation of services is top notch. We have used many other services for many years and we are so pleased we went with Tru Green. .

I’m disappointed with this company. I had them come and take care of my lawn for a year. I had little results with weeds. I called and put them on pause to come to my residence for lawn service in December. They still kept coming . I called and they said they had everything on file to pause until March. Yet, they still wanted to charge me. After talking to multiple people to discuss payment. They still charged me. This company gets a big fat 1 star from me.

I cancelled my contract today. I had a decent lawn that I’d hoped to improve. I should’ve known it was going to be sketchy when I started receiving calls from corporate stating, “Our technician noticed your shrubs need attention, would you like to schedule an additional service?” The only problem with this is I don’t have shrubs. Never have. I followed the recommendations, and watered the same as before, it’s never been a problem. Never mentioned. As my lawn started to fail, I received a visit to discuss a way ahead. They stated I wasn’t watering correctly and told me to adjust, which I did. The technician came out to treat according to plan, and mentioned overwatering. Which is it? Too much, or not enough? Trugreen recommended aeration, I aerated, change watering, I changed it. Wh
