The technician was so friendly and professional. He explained what he was going to do in detail and informed me that that the chemical could be harmful to my pets and how long I should wait before letting them out again. I really appreciate that. He provided great customer service.

While I really appreciate this new service, I told Tyler that we did NOT want our back yard treated, as we were about to lay new sod there this fall. I noticed the tech treating the back yard today? Not sure how this happened?

As we have had TruGreen for lawn, shrub and tree, insect control over the past 10 years, we have moved and transferred services. We have seen yards that were depleted of care brought to life by TruGreen. It is common to remove all shrubbery and place new items at the houses we have been living in. Each time the treatment TruGreen gives produces the best growth with healthy foliage and blooms. I have tried other companies but TruGreen has access to chemicals that work at ridding such eye sores as Nut Sedge. Thank you, TruGreen for your superb management staff who listen and make the most of every service provided to us.
