My advise! -Request a quote and wait. TruGreen sales will compete against themselves and save you hundreds $$. -Check video of your house. Techs will show up, wait 10 minutes, and leave without spraying. -When getting a cheaper price, sales will reduce your yard size without telling you. My 3/4 acre was reduced to 12k sq.ft. when the techs arrived. The company is unethical from the top down.

Lawn does grow green and thick however parts of my yard keep dying and they have sent people out that have no clue on what they are doing. Called in multiple times to get someone out here to find out why and no one ever contacts me or comes out. I won't pay for any services if they can't fix the problem.

We have never had a consistent service from TruGreen- who has since aerated our lawn in the middle of August when we were told at sign up that would not be done until the last visit of the season (September or early October) due to the temperature and needing to water the grass constantly. In addition to the aeration being done at the wrong time, they skipped multiple areas of our yard and had to come back out. Again this morning (8/19/25) they skipped multiple areas of our yard. There is never any notice that they are coming, the app wasn’t accurate for the first three months of our service, and they missed several weeks of our service of keeping us on a consistent schedule. When you call the Lima local office, you’re routed to a corporate call center so nothing ever gets accomplished.

The two gentlemen that treated my yard today did a great job. I had a few questions about my yard and they gave me a few suggestions.
