TruGreen Lawn Care

Bill V. From Tru-Green is an exceptional representative and has made my yard absolutely beautiful. Very knowledgeable.

Although there were other lawn services used in the past, TruGreen is by far the easiest company to work with and the employees, especially JB (lawn specialist) who has delivered excellent service x 2 (fertilizer and weed control) and William R Vidra (grub application specialist) x 1 this year, were awesome. I will request these employees to work on my lawn in the future. These employees are highly educated in their specialties, provide very helpful education, smile, are professional and actually like their jobs! I will definitely continue working with TruGreen next year and in the future. Their customer service personnel are also very customer oriented, friendly and efficient.

My TruGreen specialist William R Vidra did a great job today as always. He took time to speak with me about my concerns and also for me to point out where I noticed weeds and then he addressed those areas. He is professional, polite, knowledgeable and does a great job!

They should change their name to tru-brown or we’ll kill your lawn. I have been a customer for 3 years and I'm still waiting for a green lush lawn. The last photo is what my yard used to look like before trugreen.

TruGreen begged me to come back again but is it really worth it? I have more weeds than I’ve ever had, a burned out lawn and an in house service team that tells me this is what I signed up for. Tru green you have 1 more opportunity. All I want you to do is start fresh for next year. In the fall an in depth seeding, weed control and winterizing. If my lawn looks decent in the spring we can move forward. The only reason for the 1 star is because William V the new tech was pretty horrified by the state of my lawn. Was very apologetic and embarrassed. He cares!! Not many at Tru Green do. If I were Tru Green I’d do everything I could to keep someone like William
