Review Title: Poor Service, Lawn Damage after fertilizer spill – Portage, MI Review: Extremely disappointed with TruGreen's service in Portage, MI. My lawn’s color is consistently poor, and it was severely damaged after a fertilizer spill. I was told a work order would be opened, but nothing happened until I followed up myself. I was told a senior technician would come out to fix the issue, but the follow-up was minimal. The topsoil added to the damaged area was filled with wood chips and stones—not appropriate for reseeding. The burnt grass remains, and the damaged area still looks terrible. In addition, there are still some weeds and invasive grass present despite regular treatments. The weed control has not been fully effective, and I haven’t received any real solution. Very disappo

My normal Service Tech, Jason, is great. However, after installing and maintaining my large lawn myself for the first 14 years with excellent success, It’s unfortunate to say TruGreen’s professional service is not producing the same thick, plush, weed free, green lawn I once had. I do appreciate I received a call yesterday and TruGreen is supposed to be contacting me to send a lawn professional to look into my current lawn condition further. I’m hoping the root cause can be determined for my problem with significant patches of dead brown grass immediately next to plush green patches of grass, a recent variety of “farm grasses,” quack grass, and nut sedge throughout the lawn can be identified and addressed. I have traditionally had excellent success keeping the lawn free from unwanted grass

Our reseeding/aerating specialist texted us that he couldn't come as planned on Thursday. This would have been his second cancellation. However, within a few minutes of his text, Lionel showed up and said he was helping the other guy out. Lionel was great. He got the job done and was enjoyable to work with. Our thanks to him!

Tru green worst company do not use!! I guarantee they don’t care they will talk you into a great deal well, I should’ve known if it’s too good to be true it usually is not a good deal.. first of all after fake fence, you to buy a package when you have problems, you will never speak to an American again all cause are routed overseas second they will tell you to download the app. My credit card is on their app, even though I paid at the beginning of the year, it will not let me remove my credit card without putting another one in even after multiple calls to Trugreen overseas they say they cannot remove my credit I will never use this company again buyer beware

They have done a great job, I love how my yard looks.
