Even though I paid to have TruGreen apply grub protection in the spring, my lawn was still ravaged with grubs. Sounds like it was a waste of money.

Trugreen worked on my neighbors yard and used my property to access. They chipped the concrete on my driveway, left a mess and flattened my landscaping and just left it like that. They didn’t think leaving their signature on the lawn wouldn’t be a giveaway? Let’s see what happens next.

Absolutely the worst service ever. I generally do not write poor reviews but in this case its well deserved. We had hired Tru green towards the middle of the summer of 2024 and they made some very slight improvements on our crabgrass. We decided to give them a full season in 2025 and what a poor decision that turned out to be. We finally had enough and recently canceled all service with them. My crabgrass has never been this out of control and to top it off the technician sprayed our arborvitaes and has killed two of them. I would never recommend this company to anyone that wants real and good results. The managers never even called back to address my concerns/complaints. Tru green is highly overrated, and the customer service follow up is terrible. proceed with caution with this overrated
