TruGreen Lawn Care

Please dont ever use this service. I complained earlier in the year about uneven fertilizer treatments on my lawn, identied by randome green patches and nothing was done. Later on this year I capture their employee treating 1/2 of my lawn and leaving, which makes since as to why i had the random spots earlier. I just had a terrible experience and plan to support a local company for my lawn care needs.

Don’t waste your time. Technicians have absolutely zero knowledge about lawn care. I hired trugreen to help with my lawn that has large bare patches and weeds. I did the regular fertilizer and weed management plus I paid an extra over $300 for an aeration and “over-seeding” which I was told when I signed up would be enough to fill in the patches. After the technician missing half my yard several times (even after being reminded) and on another occasion a technician literally just telling me “yea I don’t know” to questions about how to improve my lawn and watering etc. when they came to do my aeration and over-seeding several weeks went by and next to nothing is growing in. I'm giving 4 stars based on 2days visit. Because last visit the young kid wasn't here when he said he was....... . Said he talked to me when he didn't.......... And the services I wanted done were not all performed to his ability. This visit was great. Mark was very polite, on time, ( Got here when he said he was going to be) and we had a very positive interaction. The only reason why I gave four stars is because of my last visit......... If it was just based on mark, I would have given five.

Scott from TruGreen was by far the best tick spray technician I’ve had! He took the time to thoroughly cover every nook and cranny of my yard, no rushing, no cutting corners. You could tell he genuinely cared about doing the job right. I really appreciate his attention to detail and professionalism. If you get the chance to have Scott treat your yard, you’re in great hands! He’s the best we’ve had!
