Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control

I highly recommend Truly Nolan. When I purchased my home 2½ years ago, I continued with the previous owner’s pest control company and dealt with nonstop issues, including a persistent ant problem. I had used Truly Nolan at my previous home with great results, so I decided to switch back. It has now been almost two years with zero issues and no ants. My technician, Brett, is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, always taking the time to explain everything and ensure the job is done right. I am extremely happy with the service and glad I made the change.

I have had a rodent contract with Truly Nolen for over five years. The services provided by them is excellent. Last week I had a live rodent in my house that had escaped from the trap. TJ from from the company came within half an hour to catch it. He was courteous, friendly, and very, very helpful. He caught the rat and disposed of it. I was very impressed by his services. Rats in the attic?? Didn’t know that was a thing. I suspected something had crawled up into my soffit and made itself comfortable. Called up Truly Nolen after checking in with my regular best control company that was trying to charge me a small fortune to take care of the issue. Truly Nolen came out the next day, completed a free inspection. Bill was the inspector and he was very pleasant and gave me a quick estimate that was reasonable for my needs. Ray came out two days later and worked on my house to keep any more rats 🤮 from coming in, he set some traps in the attic and he was very kind and professional. This is the third time our home has been treated for termites by this company. Ray handled the service this time and just finished the treatment. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what he was doing and answer my questions. Since the treatment was just completed, we’re hoping this resolves the issue long term and that the termites won’t return. So far, the experience with Ray has been positive, and we appreciate his effort and customer service. We’re looking forward to seeing lasting results from this treatment.
