We closed our home in November of 2021. We still do not have the garage door that we've paid for. Not only are they NOT responsive, they've provided multiple unreliable estimates (we were told Dec/Jan at first, then end of Apr, now Aug...), AND they are NOT apologetic at all - in fact, it was repeated, repeatedly, that this is NOT their fault. While I know for a fact, per our builder, that as of not too long ago they didn't even realize we were still missing the proper door b/c they thought we've got it already - WRONG! Oh and guess what folks, this is neither their nor the builder's fault, it's Covid's fault! The builder blames the installer, the installer blames the manufacturer and Covid. As a home buyer, I'm not sure how many more layers this blame game goes on for. More importantly, I
