This is a commercial electric company but I had a time sensitive residential issue and they answered the phone right away and wanted to help since it was such a simple repair. Sent a guy the next day. Electrician texted me when he was 30 min out so I could leave work in time to be home. The work was simple and done quickly (and the electrician was very friendly and good with my dog) but I want to highlight this company for stepping out of their normal operations to help someone who was in desperate need.
