Turf Masters Lawn Care

This company over treated my lawn in the back of my home. As a result my Lawn have dead grass. After I notified them and sent photographs, they said that it was because of how I cut my grass. I have cut this grass for the last 21 years, the same way and the same height without any problems until I chose this company. They said they were sending a manager out to take a look at my lawn. That never happens so I had to cancel their service.

By far the best lawn service and Morris is awesome! The technicians are knowledgeable, respectful of our property, thorough and give great attention to details. During the warm months we have one of the greatest lawns in the neighborhood! A testament to the quality of care received. If we have a concern or issue, they address it right away. Highly recommend as the best lawn care in Dawsonville!

The service is good and I liked. However even after being a loyal customer who renewed early, when I found out some of the neighbors had pooled together to get a deep discount for service (mind you many of them were existing customers), I called to see if they can be FAIR to me for my loyalty and give me a discount (again any discount to make it reasonable as they were discounting neighbors). The response was NO. I had to cancel my service. Beware they have no respect for loyalty.

Jarvis came and treated our turf, both front yard and backyard. He was professional, covered all areas with his spray. He was professional and friendly. No complaints. Thanks!
