Reviewing on behalf of my parents ~ we've used TSI for our sprinklers and Christmas decorations for decades, and we always will. They did the initial install on my parents' system on a large property and were quick and efficient. Since then, whenever we've needed maintenance, they're easy to reach, and if they can't get to us immediately, they keep us in the loop about when they can come. Oh, and for their holiday light service, they're awesome! It's SO much more convenient having them take care of it, they make it look gorgeous EVERY year, and they don't charge your first born child to get the job done! Our church was looking to decorate the outside with Christmas lights for the first time and someone recommended Jim Hoppe with Turf Spray to us. Krystal set up the appt for them to come out to give us a quote. Jim came at the time they said he would be here. After a 10 minute consultation, we got the quote within 2 days. We have a large building with several trees and bushes. The quote came in less expensive than I was expecting; very reasonable. Their communication was great thoughout the process. The crew knew exactly what they were doing. And it looks fantastic! Everyone in the church keeps commenting how beautiful it is when they drive in here at night. Highly recommend!
