Turning Leaf Construction

I can not praise this team of builders enough. From our very first meeting to the planning with the architect and building selections, it was such a smooth process. We were not on-site for a majority of the project, and the project manager went above and beyond his job, making sure everything went smoothly and we got the perfect home. Once the plans were approved and permitted, our house was built in 10 months. It is better than what we could have dreamed. Our new home is so cozy even at 4200 sq.feet with no wasted space. We feel like we are on vacation every day. I highly recommend Turning Leaf if you are looking for the perfect contractor.

I had an absolutely awful experience with turning leaf. After reporting a leak in my home and receiving assurances that it would be fixed promptly, I was left waiting for years without any resolution. Despite multiple follow-ups and promises, they never showed up to address the issue. This level of negligence and disregard for their customers is unacceptable. I have proof of their agreement to fix the problem, yet they consistently failed to fulfill their obligation. I strongly advise against using their services, as they have demonstrated a lack of professionalism and integrity.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Turning Leaf Construction regarding the construction of our house at Hampton Ave in Orlando. The primary concern we wish to bring to their attention is the immediate occurrence of a leak(primary bathroom) in our newly constructed house. Shortly after the completion of the construction, we noticed water seeping through the ceiling, causing damage to the interior. We promptly contacted Turning Leaf to report the issue, and they assured us that they would rectify the problem. However, despite their promises, Turning Leaf has failed to fulfill their commitment to fix the leak. Not only did they neglect to repair the issue, but they also left a hole in our ceiling, exacerbating the damage to our property. Despite repeated attempts to contact them

I have worked with Turning Leaf on several custom home projects. They are extremely upfront with their pricing. They're not the kind of contractor that low balls the estimate to get the job only to change order the client to death during construction. I love their quality work and overall communication with the client. I would highly recommend!

I ended up being let down by Turning Leaf.. Overall, it was a good experience sales-wise and coordination-wise. But.. I paid for perfection but didn't quite get it. The PT bucks in virtually all my openings were severely warped, leaving me much work to do in order to fit doors and windows. It was actually pretty horrendous. My South-facing wall was poured severely out of plumb, and made a door installation (along with those warped bucks) a virtual nightmare. And somehow, they ended up making my master bedroom doors 6'8", when all of the rest of the doors in the house were 8'. Of course this comes down to my GC in the end, but this is not the type of work I paid for. I didn't even get an apology for this. For what I paid, I just expected a little better. That's it.
