Turnpike Carpets & Rugs Care

I needed carpet cleaning done in a hurry, and both times Turnpike Carpets & Rugs Care came right away. The service man was professional and easy to work with, and the carpets looked great. I will certainly be calling him back in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Where to begin... This was pretty bad. I don't know how this company has good reviews. They told me they were going to be late on, 12/7. Then the technician completely canceled. They gave me the window later of, 12/8 between 12-2. We called 3 times within that window and the operators just told us, "We'll have someone get back to you".......... crickets - all three times. At 3pm, a gentleman showed up. He immediately scratched a 5 thousand dollar credenza desk. He was apologetic and pleasant but reeked like weed and turned out what I would say was a 5 out of 10 with respect to the actual cleaning of one room and 2 rugs. The technicians Turnpike Carpets & Rugs Care sent us did an incredibly good job cleaning a few couches and carpets in our apartment. They arrived on time and finished the work quick. Thank you!

My rugs were full of pet hair and dirt, but this carpet cleaning New York service made them look as good as new. "You did a great job!

Poor communication. Bait and switch. Service tech did his job but we were up sold. We’ve been waiting on a receipt and communication has been abysmal. No one is capable of writing or sending an email.
