Great team. No oversell. They are down to earth. Get the job done. We are so happy. Their service fees is very reasonable as well. When it’s time to replace we sure will consult with them. They have earned our trust.

We used Turtle Tech's services for annual maintenance for many years, and it was a positive experience until the furnace stopped working only a few days after it was serviced. The technician came back and, to be fair, he tried to figure out what was wrong. He replaced several parts with no luck. The issues with Turtle Tech started when we requested either for the technician to come back and keep working on the furnace, or a refund for the parts that were replaced and didn't solved the problem. The technician was candid and told us he couldn't figure it out. The admin person, Victoria, was so difficult. She made up stuff that contradicted what the technician had told us and refused to honor their 30 day warranty. After much back and forth I gave up trying to recover my money as we still did

The experience with Victoria in scheduling the evaluation for a quote to the professionalism of the tech guys including Anton who installed the furnace and AC, everything went well without any issues. They were very professional and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC replacement.

Victoria & Anton were really great. Really helpful on quote, competitive with others while offering the most confidence in expertise. Had multiple big names come in and tell me I had a heat pump and that I didn't have c-wires installed, both topics Anton debunked lol (Unit was not a heat pump, and c-wires were already there). Installed a whole house humidifier with unit per request as well. Units running immediately following install, and all installation dates honored as scheduled. Will continue using Turtle Tech!!
