They don't answer the phone or they will put you on hold until you hang up! Called twice, put me on hold for 10 minutes. The second time, I had to hang up because they put me on hold for a long time.

What I would suggest to others is that when you make an appointment for mobile service, make sure you know The Upfront cost before they get there. I was told by the front desk after the third time of finally getting through to them on the phone and not being put on hold for 6 minutes, that their team would call me 30 minutes before their arrival and then tell me what the cost would be. This is something that never happened. I needed two keys made for my RV of which only one could be made. After they had made the key they informed me that the service call would be $140. I thought that was a little high so after they left I phoned Tweeds front desk and ask what a service call would normally be and was told between $120 and $125.
