Twin Oaks Custom Cabinets

Twin Oaks Cabinets is wonderful! We can’t say enough great things about this business! The cabinets they put in our new home are exactly what we wanted! This company nailed it! We found Twin Oaks to be innovative, timely, professional, affordable and of the upmost quality! 5 stars for Twin Oaks Cabinets!

I cannot begin to explain the pure happiness, over the years, that our cabinets and the customer service from Twin Oaks has brought us! 3 years ago during covid, we were building this house. The cabinet place we originally chose burnt down, sadly. Our builder suggested TJ at Twin Oaks and so happy we did. We have a house full of the most high end, custom cabinets! Thank you Twin Oaks!

Insanely unhappy with the finish on the cabinets we paid $11,000 for in 2016. The paint has been chipping off of them left and right for the past 6+ years. The construction of them is great but the finish seriously lacks. If you want quality painted cabinets, avoid this place at all costs.

Disappointing. Several doors warped after being charged a premium for solid maple. Hadn’t been cured properly apparently. Bathroom vanities installed with the wrong base. Ply split on an exposed end. Every time I thought it was done another issue would pop up with warp or split. It took weeks to get repairs made. I was always thrown to the end of the line on the apparently long list of repairs to be made. Pictured are the paper fiber board panels used for inserts in custom shaker cabinets. I didn’t feel I got what I was promised, didn’t receive what I paid for and I sure wasn’t a priority when it came to fixing their problem and poor materials. We went to the showroom and was shown all of the different products, colors and ideas. Riley was amazing at getting the design we had in mind completed and delivered very quickly. The installation team arrived on time, were very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and clean. Would and have recommended them to any and every one.
