Twin Oaks Landscaping

Twin Oaks does landscaping & snow removal for the Springs at Oswego apartment community, and does a horrible job. I would NEVER hire them. They salt the front of the community only, every time. Their trailer blocks resident parking or they clog up the one road we have in the community. They sometimes begin plowing at 8pm when storms ended the day before. They do not salt or plow with any kind of consistency. Once they even plowed a 2 foot tall barrier of snow in front of my garage that immediately turned to ice, leaving me unable to park or use my garage. When it comes to lawn services you can expect more of the same complete lack of care, inconsistent service, and absurd timing. Avoid this company.

After the two snowfalls we’ve had this season, I honestly can’t believe how awful the snow-removal effort was from this company. During the first storm, they were out here for over 24 hours straight accomplishing absolutely nothing. Machines running nonstop, trucks beeping all through the night and early morning. But the roads looked the same every time I checked, like the world’s saddest time-lapse. Piles pushed from one corner to the other, ice everywhere, snowed over, covered roads. Just a disaster. Then the next storm, they didn’t even show up until around 10 pm, even though they had the entire day to prep. We live at Spring of Three Oaks and this is by far the worst snow removal company out there. They failed to remove the snow from the parking lot and it has now all turned into black ice because they just through salt everywhere. They were here from 4am-12(8hrs) and there is still piles of snow all over the parking lot nothing is cleared out and the sidewalks have so much salt on them its all over my apartment. They have no quality control and they plow the entire lot with a bobcat they have no salt truck or plow trucks. I highly recommend avoiding this company. The only 5 star reviews from people with no comment which normally means they are fake reviews.
