Feb 4th UPDATE to owner's response on Google review: Thank you for the response. While the waiver of the cleaning fee is noted, it does not address the $850 in physical damage caused to my property. As the homeowner, I am certain these scratches were not present prior to your team’s arrival. If Two Maids maintains that the damage pre-existed, I request that your crew provide time-stamped 'before' photos of the tub. It is disappointing that rather than conducting a professional investigation or utilizing business insurance, the response was to insult my logic and 'math ability.' Due to this lack of professionalism and the stress of coordinating repairs, I am terminating all services, including any 'complimentary' offers. I no longer feel comfortable having your team in my home. ___________
