We had, not two, but three, amazing guys help us move out of our apartment into our first house. They were friendly, flexible, and very professional. They handled our furniture and boxes with care, loved on our dog, who was a little nervous with everything going on, and even fixed our house’s front screen door without us asking! They went above and beyond, even on a rainy, cold October day. We can’t recommend them enough.

We called the company to move a dresser and a bed from our second floor to the main floor. We were quoted in excess of $500. We immediately informed the sales associate we would look for another option due to the price. Within a few minutes of us hanging up the sales associate called us back with a much cheaper quote to which we agreed. The movers arrived and moved the furniture but did extensive damage to our walls, ceiling, and furniture. A damage claim was filed by the movers. Before leaving we were presented with a bill in excess of $500. We called the office since that’s not what we agreed to. We were told we had to pay a fuel surcharge of $75.00 to and from our home. Also we were charged for insurance in case they damaged anything( explain why a moving company is charging me for
