Two Men and a Truck Moving

Carter Donald and Hunter are heroes. Had to relo dad to another nursing home and they were so kind to him. It was a great experience they were professional, very efficient and gentle with the furniture. We got done early and appreciate the calls from Carter on estimate arrivals. Very satisfied client and you are only as good as your employees. They are a 10!

(Hiding names here because one guy was pro, and the manager and Crew Member 1 weren't) Crew Member 1, Crew Member 2 missed the original arrival window, showed up at 10:30 instead of by 9:00 AM. Backed the truck into a tree at the front of the property and broke a branch. Numerous damages to shelves, bed, walls, floors. Wall gashes from shelves dropped into walls. Floor damage from both dragging and dropping shelves. Will cost me $$$. Crew forgot to bring their tools (power drill). Had to use mine. But then stripped most (all?) of the screws to the slats on my bed. One member helped 20% of the time while talking to a gf? Second member has a pinched nerve in his back and I was helping him? I needed to hire someone for reasons... Messaged "Manager" to try and have a convo and send pics. "Man

Had a great experience with Two Men and a Truck movers. They showed up on time, wrapped and protected everything nicely, placed everything at the new location carefully and were eager to follow any instructions we gave. Everything was placed the way we wanted and nothing was damaged. Will definitely use them again.

Called them for a specific date and they said no problem we need a deposit. I gave my credit card info and as soon as it processed she said sorry, that day has been taken.... The next available was 2 days after my desired date. I could wait 2 more days to move which was a problem or wait 5 days for my refund which was a problem. After speaking with supervisor, those were the only 2 options. I decided to just change plans and move 2 days later than I had intended. The move was fast and they were on time but, ended up busting my electric fireplace and ripping up flooring in my new place. I am told I am getting a little bit reimbursed back (weeks later) but nothing they could do about the floor!! There wasn't much handle with care, not even with the boxes. The entire process from scheduling the move, the moving process, and follow-up to see how the move went was seamless!
