TWS Remodeling

Our bathroom was 30 years old. We replaced the vanity, put in new lights, a new toilet, a new floor, and a new special order shower that was a foot deeper. We also had all new hardware on the vanity and in the shower. The difference is like night and day. At first glance you would think the job was done by guys with 30 years experience. You would be wrong. The work was done by brothers Roma, age 23 , and Leon, age 19.Their attention to detail and the quality of their work is unsurpassed, The plumbing inspector and the building inspector both sang praises at their work. We had an exterior door and storm door replaced by The Window Store and had a great experience. The sales person was helpful, knowledgeable, and didn't use any high pressure tactics. We had quotes from some other companies where the sales team was much more high pressure and had "act now" type offers trying to get you to sign in that moment with a deal that would go away tomorrow. Not a fan of those tactics and this was a welcome change. It took around six weeks after the measurement to get the ProVia door delivered and installed. The installer was also great. They took pride in their work, communicated throughout the install, and left the area perfectly clean. Very happy with the quality of the door, the install, and the staff we dealt with at the Window Store.

The Window Store was very professional and responsive to all our needs and questions. We are very happy with the work. There are professional, clean and then followed up after the installation appointment. Highly recommended and very satisfied customer.

Fantastic experience all around. Sales rep was very good, explained everything thoroughly and was very personable. Office staff was responsive to emails and installed were quick and efficient and did a wonderful job. We didn't shop around at all but prices seemed reasonable. Overall great experience and company.

Last summer we had our cupboards refaced! Working with The Window Store was a pleasant & rewarding experience from beginning to end. EVERY staff person was super pleasant, understanding, & helpFULL! Our installer was AMAZING! It was a really big project & we couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen! This spring we had them replace 8 windows that needed it!
