U CART IT CONCRETE LLC

The worst company I ever deal with in my entire life. They scheduled to deliver the concrete and cancelled it. They promise refund , he made me wait on the packing lot for almost three hours to hand me a bad check . The check was return by my bank for non sufficient money. Since that day I keep calling no one pickup and I sent multiple messages and emails, no one reply. They did fraudulent charges on my accounts also. I will probably have to go to court with this guy to get my money back it is $2865.00.

Do not trust this company !!!! They charge me 3 yards of color concrete which is more expensive than regular concrete and they delivered 2 yards only of regular concrete and they were supposed to give me a refund for the difference. I have gone multiple time to their office but I have not been let in since you have to contact them to be let in the office. Owner said he was going to Zelle me back the difference and he switch up that he reimbursed it to the card that was charged but it’s been over 9 month still nothing I tried contacting the owner he just answer my calls any more so be careful giving business to this so called concrete company more like a scam company .

The company did not pay for the concrete but took payment from me upfront. We ended up having to pay double. Not only that they then used our credit card information to make fraudulent charges. I intend to get to the bottom of it and file any all charges possible. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE DIRT BAGS.

WAY BETTER than hand mixing! In one day I managed to have interaction with all of the employees. Nothing bad to say about any of them. I ordered 2 trucks. Very prompt delivery. Easy to work with drivers. I was short a little. It was a miscalculation. I went to the location and picked up the rest of the concrete needed in one of their trailers. The crew at the office got me loaded very quickly. The whole process was very easy and way better than hand mixing. I will definitely use this company again for all my small concrete needs.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I came home from work at the hospital this afternoon to this company pouring concrete for a project in my backyard (all measurements and logistics were handled through my contractor). As soon as I walk in the house I am being told that "there isn't enough concrete" and we "need to order more." One of the workers then hands me a phone with an unknown person on the other line who starts yelling at me "WHEN DID YOU REALIZE YOU NEEDED MORE CONCRETE, IT'S 5 PM ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON?!" First of all, sir, you don't even know me. I didn't measure the concrete or even ask to speak to you, I was given a phone and told to speak to you without any additional pretense.
