After recently moving from the west coast to the east coast, I’d firmly recommend U-Pack to anyone considering moving themselves. This was roughly the same price as renting a U-Haul, just without the hassle of driving and paying for gas. Booking was easy, and communicating with the company was always extremely easy. After our trailer arrived, we realized it was leaking. They sent a team out same day to weld the spot, ensuring our items were not water damaged. Our closing was delayed at our final destination, and they graciously offered flexibility to us in not charging us for an additional month of storage, even though we would have been a few days over the limit. I was a little hesitant on using U-Pack for our move from PA to NC based on some of the reviews I read. I can say first hand that U-Pack is a reputable, highly professional organization. Everything went so smoothly from the first call to the pick-up of the container after it was unpacked. The drivers were professional and masters of their trade. Arranging delivery and pick up of the container in PA and NC was very timely, less than 24-hours from the time I called to say the container was ready for pick up. They worked with me on delivery of container to NC to ensure we had time for the movers to unload. Would absolutely use them again. And we probably saved aprx $2000 by using U-Pack over a moving company and hiring labor (through moving services) to load and unload the truck.

Overall, we had a great experience with using ABF U-Pack. We are military and used them for a full do-it-yourself (DITY) move. We filled an entire 28' trailer which easily handled our weight requirement needs and was over $1500 cheaper than some of the other moving options we were looking at. The service was great on both ends of the trip. They were very easy to reach and helpful whenever I called. Would recommend and use them again!

I've used U-Pack twice for cross-country moves and have never had any problems. I love the fact that I pack the truck and secure the bulkhead so no one else touches or has access to my belongings. No damage and no theft!! They drop the trailer for loading and delivery on time and I am happy to take care of the rest. Reliable and cost efficient, can't ask for more than that!
