U-Pack

I am extremely pleased with my experience with U-Pack. I needed services to transport my father's handmade furniture across the United States. It is irreplaceable and I was very concerned about potential damage with such a long haul. It all arrived in perfect condition exactly when they said it would! From my very first call to U-Pact, the customer service representatives were pleasant, informative and professional. They kept me apprised and informed of every step of the way. Their drivers were courteous, timely, and helpful...and no hidden fees. I highly recommend them!

Great service! The guys in Lancaster, both at the office and that deliver your upacks/trailer, are extremely friendly and kind. They take extra care to place everything where you want it and to not bump the driveway or bushes/flowers. I am highly impressed!

Recently, I moved from Lancaster, PA to Myrtle Beach, SC and used an U-Pack Trailer. The company was very helpful from the first call to schedule the trailer drop off to helping with a one day extension due to some loading issues on my end. Once I arrived in SC, I was able to schedule the drop off of the trailer in my driveway on a day that was convenient for me. Use of the app to schedule the pick up of the trailer in both states along with the text message reminders, made the whole experience a bit more comfortable for me. This was a first big move in my life and I was concerned about my "stuff" and how it all would be delivered. There were no major issues with my things other than how I miss-packed items or stacked them incorrectly in the trailer. I highly recommend the U-Pack servi

I used UPack twice now, and once for a 3300 mile, cross-country move. I believe this is the lowest cost way to move. If you don’t mind putting in some work, opt for terminal-terminal pricing. You have to call for this. Their closest terminal to Lancaster is Camp Hill, but who the heck would want to move out of Lancaster anyway?

My wife and I used U-Pack to move from Philadelphia to Portland Maine. The move couldn't have gone smoother. Both drivers on each end of the move were helpful, friendly and professional. Since you are responsible for packing your stuff it pays to really think it through and pack well. Invest in some ratchet straps and moving boxes. Our stuff didn't move an inch from the way we packed it in Philly to when we opened the trailer in Maine and we had zero damaged items. I've read other bad reviews on this service and it seems like there is a lot of variance in service based on the shipping hubs that you are dealing with but both hubs in Pennsylvania and Maine were great for us. I would absolutely use U-Pack again for our next move and will happily recommend them to others looking for an af
