U-Pack

This would be a 4.9 out of 5 star review, had one of my cubes not been delivered defective. I will start by saying the staff of ABF was extremely friendly and helpful. If I was rating based on just the staff, I would say 10 stars! But sadly one of my cubes was defective and leaked water & massive amounts of dust into the cube during transport. I ended up spending hours cleaning items and digging through wet boxes. At the end of the day I had some damaged items and a mess on my hands, ABF was only willing to refund me $75 when I claimed $300. Due to the fault of ABF delivering me a damage cube, I felt they should have done more to make up for that mistake than a $75 check.

I was worried about to many things with our move, but many things were becoming very clear with U-Pack every time I phoned with a question they were right their to help. Our move went Perfect, We loaded the trailer told them we were done they shipped it that night we arrived at our destination 4 days later requested our trailer for the next day. When we were finished unloading 2 Days later we used the phone text to let them know we were done and the next day that brand new looking trailer was gone, yes we have pictures , It turned out to be a worry free move. Thank you U-pack You are awesome

This was our second move using U-Pack. The trailers were delivered when they said they would be and the drivers communicated their time until arrival clearly. Both drivers dropping off the trailer were clearly skilled and parked quickly and were able to easily get the trailer in the space needed. I would recommend using this service and I will probably use it again for our next long distance move.

I was very pleased with how easy and affordable the U-Pack cube was. It was a great way to move some furniture and boxes from my mom’s house from halfway across the county. I will use the service again. The whole process was seamless and without difficulty.
