I am very satisfied with the services provided. The container arrived on time and was delivered to destination as expected. Staff recommended for loading and unloading was professional, handled my items with care, and organized all that it could fit perfectly in the container.

Excellent service, prompt and on time. Staff in the call and staff who drop of the container are extremely kind and friendly. We moved our stuff from Virginia to Orlando Florida. All our stuff was 100% as it was when we loaded it. Zero damages and right on time. I highly recommend upack for you move.

Have used the UPACK Relocubes now two times after doing an initial move from FL to NJ and then used them again from NJ to FL and on both occasions the process went seamlessly! Everyone from the drivers to the customer service representatives are always so sweet and informative! One person who stood out to me on this move was the representative at the Florida Service Center named Judith, she was absolutely incredible! I was needing to put the cubes in storage and she helped me facilitate that process along with making sure my pods were delivered at the exact date I needed them! She was always very personable and let me know I could call her with any questions at any time! My friend had used the POD system to move recently and the company ended up loosing all of her belongings but with UPACK

Great experience! Moved from Philly to Orlando. Professional communication and quick delivery. Took so much stress off of my move. I would recommend and use this service again. Ordered two cubes, but one cube was able to fit a couch, love seat, chair, bed, headboard, two dressers, a night stand, carpet, bike, about 5 boxes and miscellaneous things. Packed it really tight but only needed one cube.
