The driver Mike was the absolute best. He had to get a new container since the first one was a bit difficult to open. He was so skilled and had fast precision with the forklift and was able to move things around despite having other cars around. He was also helpful at giving tips for loading and moving (it seems that round padlocks are a bit more secure), which I really appreciated. He was incredibly kind, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and made my move much more bearable. People like that make sure customers give great recommendations. He definitely deserves a raise. Erica at dispatch (unlike the other guy) was pretty helpful too, so good experience all around.

(This is an anonymous review) Best way to move interstate! I moved from the bay area to mid west, 2400 miles, one relocube for my one-bedroom, for $2478. Here's how it works: 1. you choose a date for UPack to drop off the relocube, which can be parked like a regular vehicle. 2. You get a couple of days to load your things, then lock it up (you’ll need to buy your own lock, one is enough). 3. Once you're ready, call UPack to schedule the pickup, and you don’t even need to be there when they come. 4. At the destination, call UPack at the new city to deliver the relocube. Then you'll have a couple of days to unload. Then call them again to pick up the empty relocube. They only charged me after the relocube was picked up from the starting location. No reservation fee. I did need to hire mo

This was the best thing we could have done for moving to another state. The price was better then renting a U-haul, at the time, and we did not have to drive or pay for fueling the truck. The process was easy and we had zero extra costs, in fact it ended up cheaper then the quote as we did not use all the space. Customer service was professional and very helpful.

Working with Upack was the easiest thing about our move from CA to HI. Their customer service people were great. We had to change the date - twice - and there was absolutely no problem with it. The container was ready for us when we arrived to pack it in CA. In Hawaii the crate was delivered to our condo complex without any problems at all. I heard all these horror stories about shipping to Hawaii. But, for us it was the easiest part of our whole move. Our Upack container arrived in just slightly over three weeks. I was talking to someone who shipped with another company in April and her crate is still not here!

Highly Satisfied with My UPack Relocation Experience After comparing quotes from PODS, iPackRat, and U-Haul, I chose UPack for my move — and I’m very glad I did. I selected the Relocube option, which turned out to be more than sufficient for my one-bedroom apartment. In fact, even after loading all my belongings, the top half of the container remained empty. The entire process was seamless: the container was dropped off and picked up on schedule in California, and then delivered and retrieved on time in Chicago. Every driver I interacted with was courteous and accommodating, ensuring the container was placed exactly where and how I requested. Most importantly, the move was damage-free — not a single item had shifted during transit. Everything arrived exactly as packed. The experience ex
