If you’re a homeowner in New Jersey, consider yourself lucky right now if your roof is not leaking or your pipes are not freezing from this Arctic tundra weather we’ve been having recently. Due to this iceberg that was sitting upon my kitchen roof that gets very little sun came with some unexpected waterfalls and I don’t even live near Niagara. I had an issue with shingles on my roof which were detached because of a defect. James from UBL came out and explained what was wrong and also identified other minor issues which he clearly explained to me as to what the issues were. Claudia and James were also super easy to schedule with and took a lot of time to explain what the issue was and even explain the overall design of my roof.
