The staff at this store is very nice and friendly. However, I ordered some grout and when I went to pick it up, they had given it to someone else. I had the P/O number with me. I do not see how two different people may have the same P/O number. They would not assume responsibility. I had to get the grout because I needed it, by paying for it again. I was very disappointed and upset because something like this shouldn't happen.
