James Melton (the owner) will hire you, talk poorly about the people he hired before you (red flag), have you produce the work and then tell you that you're not good enough and will go back to the first contractor that he had just talked poorly about. He will tell you that he values relationships, and will promise to pay for the work performed, and then will ghost you completely. Do not trust him, and if you do, charge 100% up front before doing the work.
