UIP General Contracting

The absolute god awful worst. They were the general contractor for our condo, and it was 9 months late (from the time they said it was 6 weeks until move-in), and has a laundry list of construction defects that we have been fighting for over two years. They are virtually impossible to get in contact with to have them come fix anything, and when they actually do, there is a 75% chance it's done wrong and will need them to come out again. 26 months in and people are still dealing with pervasive water leaks throughout the entire complex, as well as a host of smaller issues. Avoid at all costs.
