Left very unsatisfied with the flooring we were sold. Described what we were looking for to owner who recommended a hardwood floor for our main level, something durable, that we wanted throughout. Less than 2 years later it looked awful and beat up. Now a little longer and we're already ready to replace the whole thing. It's so sun faded and beat up. This is in a family home, not some commercial location with extreme traffic. The flooring was definitely not what we were looking for. The installers on the other hand were too notch and great with customer service.
