Was working with Avila to fix damaged coils for my furnace. I worked directly with who I assume to be the son of this scam operation. In the Summer of 2021 I shared my personal housing closing documents, and furnace warranty with Avila. We came to an agreement that Avila would replace my furnace coils for a fee we both agreed upon. I had a warranty on the coils so Avila just had to contact the manufacturer to fulfill the replacement part. Till this day Avila has never told me when the part was fulfilled, who fulfilled, and the cost of anything. For the entire Summer Avila was unable to get the coils for whatever reason. The Summer turned into Fall, and Avila still didn't have any updates on the coils. In February of 2022 I contacted Avila to get an update on the coils and if they had them

Avila has uncontrollable anger, prone to violent outbursts, curses, and will use his work van as a weapon..BEWARE..This was in Baytown Tx
