Great place with good customer service. It is tough to find plumbing supply places that sell the professional grade items to "general consumers" but Ultimate steps up and advices and sells anything you need. Pricing is great and the brands they carry are way better than what you find at Home Depot or the like. Definitely will use them again.

Mike at the ACE Hardware store in Barrington recommended that I go to this store for help. I met Andy and he took time to listen to my concern about the bidet seat and connection. I happen to bring the book along and after looking through it concluded that I had everything I needed. He showed me how it worked. If I ever need shower heads, etc I will buy from his company because they do not sell shower heads with plastic parts inside. Thanks for your time Andy!

I shop at this plumbing supply house three times a week. I buy all my supply from Paul. I have been going here for ten years. I am in and out very fast. Time is money when your a owner of a small plumbing company. Other supply shops I wait sometimes a half hour. I can give them a call when im about 20min away and they have my order ready for me. They always have sewer repair parts in stock. They always have free coffee. Companys that stay busy with customers and phone calls every minute tells me something. People like myself trust this place and need this place. The company next store sells stone for backfill. Its a one block shop. Sometimes you might have to give them a day to call you back, no big deal. They are small and friendly and have the parts i need to run my compan

Don't bother. They sound really helpful and then just blow off your order even after being reminded. Surprising, as I was an easy customer. It really seems like they are not in business to make money, and are actually just asleep at the wheel. For your plumbing supply needs, there are plenty of other businesses that care. I just found someone else to buy from. Options are everywhere.
