Had good communications with Tim, owner, for initial estimates, scheduling and follow up. Great to see that they used their own crew and not contracted out to others to do the work. Crew came on time for first day to do the excavating and framing which only took 4-5 hours. Crews returned the next morning early, which was good, to finalize framing and get ready for the concrete poor. From 7-noon, all was completed and cleaned up nicely. The pad looks beautiful and after 2 weeks, looks perfect. Recommended to our neighbors and family for future work.

What a great company! We had a complicated job. My garage floor had sunken over 6 inches and about the same where the walkway met the front steps. In addition, the drainage was all wrong which, let water come into the garage and up against the house. We had a structural engineer acess the situation and write up a plan. Tim and Brian gave us an estimate for the job which, was very reasonable. We gave them the job but got more than we expected. Brian and the crew were great! they were on time, very respectful, and did a thorough and professional job. We could'nt be more pleased. I want to thank Brian, Brad, and Sergio for their hard work and craftsmanship. They really care about their work.

Tim and his team did amazing work and were extremely professional. I love my large patio and it has become a go to spot for hosting summer events.

Contacted Unique Concrete almost 3 weeks ago for a quote as we were referred to them by several people. Owner initially responded quickly and came by on a Friday evening to look at the area and leave an estimate. We were not home at the time and he left a folder with information about the company but no additional information as to cost. We contacted him the next day to inquire about the cost-he stated that he would call us back. He has yet to do so and I don't want to patronize a business that won't even contact us back. I believe that if we had a larger/more expensive job he probably would have been more responsive.

Cement pad and driveway poured. Pad doesn’t drain properly. Sidewalk poured and it’s low on the sides, high in the middle pouring water towards my house when it rains. Concrete is two different colors. Left ridges in the sides and on the pad. Over a month of promises to fix it. They showed up once since, only after being threatened with a civil action and it’s still not repaired. Won’t reply to emails and takes days to reply if at all to texts. Don’t show when they say they will. Starting legal action next week.
