I had an issue with my heat and contacted unique mechanical and the team was extremely responsive and sent their technicians out extremely fast to diagnose the issue. It wasn’t long after that they got the new part delivered and installed. Andrew, Brian, Kyle and the techs we worked with were all very responsive and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

Unique mechanical has been maintaining my AC wall mounts for a while now, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. This week I needed last-minute work done on my boiler and they were my obvious first choice. Jarrett did an excellent and tidy job replacing the flue pipe on my boiler, and we passed the Con Edison inspection effortlessly. I’m so happy with how quickly they resolved the issue! Highly recommend!

As others have said, don't use this company. Every year I have to have seasonal maintenance done on my a/c unit. It's usually about $150 and takes 20 minutes. For some reason, I used this company instead of the one I normally used. Huge mistake. They were here for about an hour but kept having "to go to the truck." They charge a lower rate for the first half hour and then magically got that second hour in by milking the clock. I was also charged for refrigerant without being asked first and wound up with a $500 bill! The exact amount I authorized on my credit card funnily enough. Then they had a long song and dance about all the things wrong with my unit (a list that kept changing when I asked basic questions) that would cost $2,900. I obviously declined. They will take you on a ride.
