I had a nice home in Tooele that I rent out, and one of the renters had an issue with a broken water pipe during the middle of the night. So many good reviews, I'm confused as to why my experience was so bad. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I first reached out via email to inquire about services/prices, I received an email back to which I replied saying that I wanted to do the duct cleaning. No response to my email, but I got a call the following week and I had apparently been scheduled for cleaning! Fine, I rescheduled for the following week as I couldn't be home on such short notice. When the technician came, he wheeled a big vacuum in and hooked it up to one vent. He then supposedly went around and vacuumed out all of the other vents. I went behind and checked, and noticed at least 3 vents that had not been touched. How did I know? The vent covers were pretty stuck and had obviously not been touched. I aske
