Five technicians arrived at my home 20 days ago to fix my HVAC system in this Jan 2026 cold storm on the East Coast. Two technicians arrived with a part that took almost two weeks to be ordered. At no point was the unit tested (turned on). The technicians left my home two weeks ago claiming they need to order another part which was rusty the first time they came. I would not recommend United Air Temp service to anyone. It seems the technicians are clueless of fixing my HVAC. My insurance company AHS appointed this company to my home and my HVAC system is still out of service. I have called United Air Temp and AHS and United Air Temp says I am not a priority as I did not enroll in their high pressure service plan nor agreed to buy a new HVAC system through them. We have been so pleased with the service provided by United Air Temp. Our technician, Marco F, is amazing. He is professional, punctual, pleasant, and highly-skilled at assessing HVAC systems. We feel confident in his assessments of our systems and are comfortable following his recommendations because of the thorough nature of his work and his trustworthiness.

United Air Temp are the worst. We thought we had leakage from upstairs toilet’s or shower. However, that wasn’t the case. The nice worker Rudy who was the plumber diagnosed our problem correctly. He informed us it was our HVAC system. He told us it been so hot lately the duct pipes were sweating and he had to cut the ceilings to make sure. Fast forward, United Air Temp sent out Andrew Stearman the Fort Washington Branch Manager. I showed him everything the holes Randy cut in the ceilings to diagnose the correct issue. Then Andrew asked to look at our HVAC system. He went in the basement and outside to look at everything. He informed us we need a whole new HVAC system including the furnace part. So, we said ok. United Air Temp provided excellent service. Communication was clear and consistent, and scheduling the appointment was quick and easy. Marco Felix diagnosed the issue right away and replaced the heater motor efficiently. Everything is working perfectly now. I highly recommend United Air and their team.

Marco asked to arrive earlier than planned-- of course! He did some troubleshooting and identified the problem right away and repaired the heating element that caused our furnace to fail. He gave us some good practical tips to keep our unit in good condition; and talked about future options. It was a pleasure to have him take care of our problem so efficiently.
