Reached out to George Ramirez on a big rehab project that I have. Requested an appointment for an estimate. He refused! Even though his card read “free estimates” his response was then that he has no time for me or my job and it’s a waste of his time. I have about 50,000 or work required and apparently it was not enough. I find George very rude and full of himself. I don’t know about you but 50,000 is a significant value for me and regardless everyone should be treated with respect. He also said he only works on referrals and not the public, this actually was a referral and he still was extremely unprofessional. Do not waste your time or money on this company! Seek out someone who cares and values your hard earned money.

Very honest and affordable. The work was great!!! It's hard to find a contractor that can trusted to do what they say they will and this one honors what says he'll do.

UFC did an outstanding job remodeling my house. I highly recommend them! Thank you guys for your hardwork and time!!!
