From the sales staff and crew that removed our old ceramic flooring, even shovelled a bit of snow (sorry about that) and prepped our home for the installation of our new flooring to the final installation and grouting; fireplace framing included ~ Thank-you! You were all amazing! We appreciated the care and effort made every step of the way. Our living space has been transformed thanks to your expertise. What a great team:) Highly recommended.

Thankfully he decided to go with a different company. I've been insulted repeatedly by the staff that has come to our home and office staff also made very sexist jokes. I can't help it that I am amputee but I shouldn't have to have your staff make both sexist and jokes about my disabilities

Great customer service very knowledgeable staff. They installed hardwood flooring, click vinyl for the 2 bathrooms and carpet down the stairs. This was done in 2 days plus 3 hrs for the carpet down the stairs. The guys installing were very professional and did a excellent job. The prices for flooring are competitive as are the installation fees. We went to 5 different stores and we picked the best in United Floors
