Rick was friendly and provided me with a reasonable quote on a new furnace and air conditioner. Chris and Rocco did a great job in installing the equipment. Chris explain the entire system and answered any questions I had. Rick followed up on the installation and said they would be out in the Spring to open up the air conditioning unit. United Heating and Cooling came to my rescue when my furnace stopped working and the temp was in the 20's Rick and Chris responded right away came first thing the next morning. They fixed it, had the part in the truck and developed a reasonable plan for me when I was ready to replace my 40 year old furnace. No pressure, just treated me like family.
