I just had the most incredible customer service based experience with both Ron and Mike from UHS!! Our gas stove ran out of propane b/c our automatic propane supply company never made the delivery they were supposed to. After our tank was finally refilled, the stove just wouldn’t light and with this extreme cold, our room was uninhabitable. I reached out numerous times to both the propane company and to the company we purchased our stove from. The propane company said they couldn’t help and the other company said they would send a repairman- in 2 1/2 weeks for a very high price. So, late last night I went on Angi. I needed a repair for my gas fireplace and I went on Angie’s list and the 1st call I got was from Mike at United Home Services he was very professional and courteous. we made an appointment he explained the cost and on the day of the scheduled appointment Ran came out, really nice guy. He fixed the fireplace in less than an hour and it was exactly the price quoted. I highly recommend them.

I received a phone call from Keith after putting an inquiry through Angie’s list. Keith was polite and prompt. The tech, Ron, was personable and professional. He answered my questions and checked for carbon monoxide levels. He was thorough with the inspection. Their pricing was reasonable. I recommend United Home Services and will use them again.

Ron was great! Unfortunately the prior owners of the house did not install the wood stove properly, but Ron provided a thorough inspection and cleaning. He was kind and honest about the state of our stove installation and provided honest recommendations. Once we have it in our budget to fix we will definitely reach back out.

We found United home service's through Angie's list for vent cleaning services. Their technician Logan came to our home. I can't say enough good things about him and the company. Fair price, work done perfectly and great service all around. 100% satisfied We will definitely use them again.
