They serviced Longleaf Community for a few years, and while they started out well, the quality of service and the spaces they were responsible for declined. Mowing, edging, and tree trimming were okay. However, they fell short in other areas: * Failed to complete tasks within timeframe specified in contract. * Failed to treat grass with weed/fertilizer per contract. * Failed to remove dead trees per contract. * Failed to address chinch bugs. leading to additional turf damage. After giving them notice that we wouldn't be renewing their contract, they abandoned our property rather than completing their commitment. I took these pictures 30 days after they were notified.

Horrible! They were hired to install a French drain… I’m not sure what they put in, but it certainly was not a French drain. They didn’t dig deep enough or wide enough. They caused a lot of damage to other things in my yard and the drain is not working because it was not installed properly.

This team really impressed us! They were quick and efficient and responded in a very timely manner. They pulled up the old sprinklers, cleared the land and the next day were already out to lay sod and finish up. EXCELLENT JOB! Top choice in our book!

Damon Cappuccio a manager came out and pulled the weeds and sprayed for weeds by hand himself that in my opinion is a team player. Thank you again Damon.
