United Rentals - Power & HVAC

My interactions with United Power and HVAC have been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Over the course of approximately 10 interactions, I encountered consistently poor customer service, untrustworthy management practices, and a blatant disregard for their own mission statement. Firstly, their customer service was abysmal. Each time I reached out for assistance, I was met with unhelpful responses, untruthfulness, and sometimes outright rudeness from their representatives. It seemed as though they were more interested in getting me off the phone than actually resolving my issues. Secondly, the behavior of their managers was deeply concerning. On several occasions, promises made by managers were not followed through, leaving me feeling misled and undervalued as a customer. Th

Derrick and Peyton were extremely helpful. Helping me with an urgent matter right at the end of the day. Really appreciated all they did.

Brandon was great to deal with on getting the equipment on time and everyone worked hard to get it picked up in a timely manner. Great experience.

I will use United rentals for 90% of my rental needs.
