Very too wet and I had to dry it every time to use the bathroom and you leave it wet and slippery cause of the soaps I don't like how when leave it wet ... I seen other site that they keep it dry to clean to use. Not wet to use that's sickness me if done anything better would have full star but not this time cause you leave it wet cause when you clean it .... Wetness can cause hazardous.

Missed services for a week and a half. We were scheduled for 3 services a week. Called 2 times a day to see when we will be serviced. Was told “you’re on the schedule”. It’s day 10 and we still have yet to have service on our portable Toilets. Rather unprofessional customer service for a large company.

They missed service various times and at the end they charged me for a service almost a year later that I don't recall. I had to pay them or else they were going to send my account to collections.

horrible experience, I scheduled a pick up twice and both times they never showed up. Pick another portable toilet company.
